I had come across Sonika’s Henna Art through Instagram a few years back and I was mesmerized by her beautiful henna cookies! These colourful treats Sonika had decorated with icing inspired me to try it out myself!
This is my first ever batch of henna cookies! I thought I would stick with a red background with white embellishments to keep with the Christmas holiday theme! I baked the sugar cookies and mixed the royal icing from scratch. It took a good chunk of time but I am definitely happy with the results! This order is now ready to be enjoyed by the sweet staff of Silvera for Seniors for their annual Christmas party!
I am definitely looking forward to making more of the beautiful looking treats!
